The Clare

From the Auto Courtyard, you are welcomed by the six-foot deep covered porch as you enter the home through a generous two-story foyer. The Dining Room to the left features paneled wainscoting and tray ceiling accented by crown molding. As you pass under an elegant arched opening, your view is focused on the fireplace at the end of the Great Room.

The Great Room's 10-foot high celing and large transom windows give the room a feeling of grandeur, but still maintains a sense of personal comfort. Connected by a large opening, you pass through the light-filled Dinette area which leads you to an expansive Kitchen with wrap-around cabinets and central island. Just off the Dinette you will find a walk-in pantry and area available for a personal desk.

The attached three-car garage is accessed by the oversized Mud Room/Laundry. At the far end of the central hall, you enter the First Floor Master Suite via a secluded alcove. The bedroom area features a tray ceiling and bay window. As you enter the Master Bath, your view is focused on the window over the whirlpool tub.
