The Mayberry
A grand stairway and well-detailed wrap-around porch welcomes you to the Mayberry. Entering the foyer, you have a parlor with built-in bookcases to your right, and an oversized dining room with detailed ceiling, windows and walls to your left. The formal dining room has detailed exotic custom hardwood floors with the four seasons as inlays. The hardwood floors carry through the first floor hallway, kitchen, family room and living room. The first floor also includes an in-law arrangement including bedroom, living room with fireplace, full bath, kitchenette, front and rear entrances, and walk-in closet. The cabinets in the kitchen afford all the space needed, plus a large custom island with breakfast bar for four and built-in bookcases. Step into the Mud Room/Laundry Room with ceramic tile floors and cabinets over the washer and dryer. The three-and-a-half car garage allows plenty of room for storage.
The second floor includes four spacious bedrooms and attractive hardwood hallways connecting them. One bedroom has its own full bath, while the other two share a bathroom with two sinks, a shower with seat, and a soaking tub. The master suite has 10-foot high ceilings, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub for two, five-foot shower with two shower heads, double vanity and sink, and bidet. The Mayberry has plenty of room for any size family and extended family members.
